The media check is located on the 3rd floor of the Radisson Blu Plaza.
All presentations must be uploaded via the web-based presentation tool called “Preseria” in advance. During May 2010 you will receive an e-mail with personal login information to upload the presentations. The deadline for uploading your presentation is midnight before your presentation day.
In case you would like to check the presentation files onsite you can visit the media-check at least two breaks prior to your session, i.e. if a presentation is being held during a morning session, it should be checked at the end of the day before. In the media-check technicians will be at your disposal. Personal laptops must not be used for presentations in the lecture halls.
Speakers are kindly requested to follow the instructions of the chairperson and strictly keep to the time limit of their presentation.
All posters will be presented in the POSTER EXHIBITION areas and will be included in the poster award selection. The award committee will score the visual presentation of the scientific contents. The poster award ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 09:00 o’clock. One of the authors has to be present to accept the award.
Size of the poster: max. hight: 1,35 m, max. width: 0,95 m
Area: Spektrum, arena floor and foyers
Set-up: Tuesday, June 8, 16:00-18:00 and Wednesday, June 9, 08:00-09:30 (adhesive material will be provided)
Dismantling: Saturday, June 12, 10:00-13:30
Please be aware that all left posters will be discarded after Saturday June 12, 14.00.
