Deadlines
- 2 March - 25 April 2026: ePoster upload
- 9 March - 13 March 2026: All registered ePoster presenting authors will receive a personal upload link and token by email and can use these login details to access the upload system and submit their poster
- 25 April 2026: Deadline for upload, only ePosters uploaded by the deadline will be eligible for award consideration.
ePoster Preparation
Format & Layout
- Landscape orientation, 16:9 ratio
- Maximum size: 80 × 45 cm / 1920 × 1080 px
- Maximum 1 slide/page per upload
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
- Accepted formats: PPT, PPTX or PDF
- All files will be converted and published in PDF format
Important Notes
- Avoid animations (only the final slide view will be visible after PDF conversion)
- Audio and video files are not supported
- Embed all images, graphs and tables directly in the file
- Do not use animated GIFs
- Ensure copyright compliance and personal anonymity in images
- Mac users: Please use Insert (not drag-and-drop) to add images in PowerPoint
How to Upload (3 Steps)
- Upload – Log in with your personal link & token, select your file and upload it.
- Consent – Accept the publication conditions.
- Submit – Review your details and click Submit to finalise and publish your ePoster.
Edits: You may delete and re-upload your ePoster at any time before the deadline by clicking the Edit button in the system.
Best ePoster Awards
The presenting authors of the best poster in each of the 10 categories will receive an award of €250.
