Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can request one from the ESSKA 2026 Registration Department during the online registration. To receive a Letter of Invitation, attendees must first register to the Congress and submit payment in full.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the congress organisers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact their nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
The organisers will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

Group Bookings
Registrations for more than five (5) persons is not available online. This will be handled separately as a group booking. Please contact the Registration Department at esska-registration@kit-group.org to obtain a group registration form.
Members
ESSKA membership will be checked at the time of registration. Membership fees for 2026 need to be paid in full to ESSKA at the time of registration to benefit from the reduced rates.
Students
Student ID or an official letter from the University must be provided. The student category is only available to students up to and including age 27.
Public Transportation
In collaboration with the Prague Convention Bureau, all delegates registered before 7th May 2026 will be eligible to receive free inner-city travel in Prague!
The complimentary travel pass will be valid from 00:00 on the day preceding the Congress until 23:59 on the day following the Congress. It can be used across all municipal public transport services within Prague, including trams, metro, buses, trolleybuses, and ferries.
The ticket will be valid only within the city of Prague (zones P, 0, B) and doesn’t include the Airport Express (AE) bus line, trains, or any transport outside Prague city limits.
Further details, including how to access and use your travel code, will be shared per email with eligible delegates before the Congress.
The Prague Public Transport Company is a municipal organisation and strictly abides by GDPR. The delegates’ personal data is used solely for the purpose of generating and distributing the public transport passes and will not be used for any further communication or shared with third parties.
