Europe’s Leading Congress inOrthopaedics and Sports Medicine

20–22 May 2026, O₂ Universum, Prague

The ESSKA Congress is held every two years and is the leading event in the pan-European orthopaedic calendar. It brings together experts from around the world to share the latest techniques, research, and innovations. Renowned for its vibrancy, the Congress features scientific papers, live demonstrations of surgical techniques, hot topic debates, Instructional Course Lectures, Symposia, and inspiring Highlight and Keynote sessions; alongside memorable social gatherings that strengthen our community.

The last in-person Congress, held in Milan, attracted almost 4,500 professionals. ESSKA 2026 in Prague promises to be even more ambitious, offering an inspiring setting where history truly does inspire science

O2 Universum Congress Centre Prague

The O2 Universum Congress Centre Prague is a new multifunctional congress and cultural center built by Bestsport, company that owns and operates the O2 arena. The complex is a modern center especially designed for organizing large international congresses and corporate events. O2 universum was opened in summer 2019.
